The course also introduces service recovery as a structured approach to restoring confidence when service delivery has failed or when citizens feel dissatisfied, frustrated, confused, or treated unfairly. Learners will develop the ability to respond professionally, investigate issues responsibly, communicate progress clearly, and support continuous service improvement.
