In public sector environments, emotional intelligence is essential because employees often deal with pressure, citizen frustration, complex service needs, internal coordination challenges, and sensitive situations. Empathy, Social Awareness and Citizen Relationships
This module introduces Empathy, Social Awareness and Citizen Relationships within Emotional Intelligence & Professional Relationships.
